“Murder Mystery” Dinner to
benefit BHS Scholarships

The IPT (Interested
Persons of Theatre) at
Bolton High School will be
presenting
its
annual
“Murder
Mystery
Scholarship
Spaghetti
Dinner”
on
Thursday,
December 12, 2013 from
6:30- 8:00 pm in the school
cafeteria, 7323 Brunswick
Rd.
This event raises money
for
scholarships
to
graduating seniors in the
theatre program. Dinner,
which consists of spaghetti,
salad, and breadsticks, is
provided by The Olive
Garden. Desserts and drinks
will be provided by IPT
members
and
theatre
students.
Tickets to the dinner and
show are $10. Again this
year, there will be a holiday
theme to the Murder
Mystery. The play has been
written by theatre students as
a workshop project.
There will also be a
silent auction benefitting the
Alicia
Morales
White
Musical Theatre Scholarship.
Silent auction donations are

AHS Students Win Big At The Briarcrest Regional Art Contest And Exhibition (BRACE)

The following Arlington
High School artists took home
cash and prizes at the recent
Briarcrest Regional Art Show
and Exhibition. Out of 401
artworks entered from 42 different schools from East Arkansas, North Mississippi, and
West Tennessee, Arlington
won 3 of the 8 Best in Show
categories and an Honorable
Mention. Artwork was on
display at Briarcrest during
October.
