The Arlington Middle
School Dance Team attended
UDA camp at Mississippi
State University from June
12th-15th. On the first night
of camp the girls performed
their home pom routine. The
squad received a superior
rating, the highest rating
given by UDA, and placed
3rd in the junior high
division.
The squad also received
the super spirit stick award
on the first night of camp
which is given to only one of
the 23 teams at camp and
chosen by the UDA staff.
On the final day of camp
each squad member was
evaluated on routines they
learned throughout the week.
The squad earned a superior
trophy based on these routine
evaluations.
The squad received a bid
to the National Dance Team
Championship held in
Orlando, Florida in January
2015 based on their
performance in the home
routine competition and
evaluations.

work with students,

Also, parents,
please join our very
active PTSA and
volunteer whenever
and wherever possible. We need your
continued support

and parents alike at

I look forward to
another great year as
we work together for
the success of our
students.
