Past Parents’ Dinner, 6 th March The first dinner exclusively for past parents took place in the College on Friday 6 th March. 50 guests were treated to a fabulous display of Long Rolls and Winchester Football memorabilia before their delicious meal in College Hall. For those who attended, this was a splendid occasion to catch up with old friends in special surroundings. For the many who missed the date, the Past Parents’ Dinner will be back next year on Friday 12 th March 2027. If the cap fits, we hope to see you there.
Hong Kong Gala Dinner, 23 rd March

Over 150 guests attended the biennial gala dinner of the Hong Kong Friends of Winchester College held on Monday 23 rd March. The Headmaster, Elizabeth Stone, was the guest of honour, and alongside me from the College were Emma Macey, Director of Admissions; Adam Rattray, Head of Art History and Div Don. Guests were treated to a stunning musical performance by Winston( Coll, 22-) of Oscillation by
Kit Turnbull before being taken through a Div Hour by Adam, themed around the image of the Trusty Servant.
During their brief visit to Hong Kong, the Win Coll team also enjoyed an informal social gathering with local OWs, gave a presentation to future parents, and had several meetings with donors and other supporters. It is always a treat to meet our amazingly warm, supportive and extensive HK community and celebrate the bonds that tie us together, despite the miles between us.
