No. 141 The Trusty Servant
OW New York Dinner Salar Moghadam( C, 18-23) writes:
On Friday 6 th March, 12 Wykehamists gathered in New York. It was an evening filled with a broad range of discussions about life at and after Winchester, especially with the contrast of now being based in the US. Despite the wide range of ages, there was a strong energy that blossomed throughout the gathering. All the OWs left the event with a wonderful feeling of togetherness.

60 Years on lunch The annual lunch for those who left the school over 60 years ago took place at the Cavalry and Guards Club in London on 12 March. The event was again well supported, with 57 OWs attending. The sen man was Sir Harold Walker( E, 1946-50) and we were joined by two newly-qualified guests, who had left the school in 1966. Toye’ s was particularly well represented by a turnout of 11 OWs.
We look forward to an equally well-attended reunion on 8 April 2027 and hope that many of our guests will join us at Goddard Day in Winchester on 19 September 2026.
