CHANGE PROCESS SOLUTIONS
Change is inevitable, especially for large companies trying
to keep up with the times and stay relevant in a competitive
market. How a change is communicated to employees sets
the tone for either a good change or a bad change.
In all cases of communicating change, keep in mind the
following points for a positive experience:
• Start communicating with employees early and often to create
buy-in for the change and less confusion later
• Consistency across all forms of communications is key in order
to build trust and squash misinterpretations of the messaging
• Relay how the change will affect individuals, not just the
company as a whole
