SANY NGO Fixed income and portfolio trader , BNP Paribas Asset Management Sany Ngo joined BNP Paribas Asset Management in November 2018 . Since then , Sany has contributed to expanding the portfolio trading protocol across BNP Paribas AM ’ s business lines . He also works closely with technology team to implement proprietary solutions for pre-trade analysis and execution performance analysis .
Prior to joining BNP Paribas AM , Ngo was a trading analyst for a quantitative fund at AXA Investment Managers and has endorsed several structural frontto-back project management for the trading execution desk .

TABEA HANDRICK Fixed income and FX trader , Union Investment Tabea is currently a trader at Union Investment specialised in fixed income as well as FX products ; and has been working in that position since 2018 . Tabea started her career in the industry with an apprenticeship at Deka Bank where she discovered her passion for capital markets . At ICAP she was a sales trader for five years covering different products until she focused on high yield corporate bonds while acquiring her client base .
Tabea holds a Bachelor ’ s degree from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and graduated from HEC Université de Lausanne with a Masters degree in finance in 2018 .

TOM DIXEY Trading operations , GSA Capital Tom Dixey has been with GSA Capital , an absolute return quantitative investment manager , for five years working on the trading operations desk . He specialises in equity , interest rate swaps and credit default swaps execution across a variety of strategies , urgencies , regions and benchmarks .
Tom also drives best execution and TCA , looking for ways to improve execution , add value and generate the most cost-efficient trading solutions for GSA .
