JACK BAILEY Equity dealer , M & G Jack joined M & G in 2008 after completing his A-Levels , initially in investment operations and fund accounting before being appointed a fund manager ’ s assistant within equities .
Jack joined the M & G dealing desk in 2016 , trading global equities , covering the housebuilders , basic industrials and materials stocks . Alongside equities , Jack has also taken responsibility of trading a range of futures , investment trusts and convertible bonds for the wider portfolio management team .

JEAN-PHILIPPE LHOMME Equity and derivatives trader , Groupama Asset Management Jean-Philippe began his career in finance on the sell-side with Societe Generale in 2007 as a junior equity derivatives trader , then at BNP Paribas in a similar role . After an experience with Newedge as equity sales trader and at Credit Suisse as Delta one Sales , he joined Oddo BHF in 2011 as equity sales trader specialised in program trading . He then moved to the buy-side with Groupama Asset Management in 2019 as a senior equity and derivatives trader , with a focus on trading automation and optimisation .

JACKSON READ Trader , Sandbar Asset Management Jackson Read is a 25-yearold LSE graduate who spent the first year of his career at JP Morgan in credit sales , but always knew he wanted to trade stocks . He joined Credit Suisse as a mid-cap market maker before he was offered a spot within Sandbar Asset Management ’ s investment team as a trader . Sandbar is a market neutral long / short equity hedge fund with a focus on global cyclicals .
Jackson trades UK , European and US markets daily with exposure that allows him to grow as a buy-side trader . He describes his mentor , Nicolas Green , an industry veteran with 25 years ’ experience , as incredible .

MARK JENKINS Fixed income and derivatives dealer , Royal London Asset Management Mark Jenkins started his career in 2008 at Ignis Asset Management , where he spent seven years before being promoted to senior trader primarily focusing on multi-asset trading and liability hedging . The company merged with Standard Life where for four years he was a senior derivatives trader focused OTC and listed derivatives , as well as FX for long only , absolute return and LDI portfolios .
In his current role at Royal London Asset Management , Mark has been a fixed income and derivatives dealer covering rates , credit , high yield , FX and derivatives . He holds an MA in Mathematics from Oxford University and he is a CFA Charterholder .
