DO A LITTLE SOMETHING EVERYDAY Whether it be a big step or small steps, do a little something EVERYDAY that will help you reach your ultimate goal. ExDrink more water, eat more greens, get active . IF YOU FALL OFF GET BACK UP Nobody is perfect, and we all fall off at some point. But it's not how far or how hard you fall, it's how you bounce back and recover. Have your moment, process it, and keep moving forward! REWARD YOURSELF We sometimes don't give ourselves enough credit. Always striving to be better and obtaining more and not realizing or reflecting on how far we've come. The next time your body/brain is telling you that you need a break, listen. Schedule a spa day, take a walk; do whatever it is that will put Ingredients  1/2 gallon spring water  1/2 grapefruit, sliced  1/2 cucumber, sliced   2-3 mint leaves 1/2 lemon, sliced  1/2 lime, sliced Instructions Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Allow the ingredients to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving. Drink throughout the day or discard after 24 hours.
