What brought you to Baylor?
Baylor has a great reputation for supporting education and is home to a number of experts. Specifically,
it was the leadership of Carol Adair, M.D., a specialist with more than 33 years of practice in anatomic &
clinical pathology, which drew me to Baylor. She has
been a tremendous mentor and role model.
What do you think is the most important thing
you can share about Baylor?
Baylor is an excellent hospital with a collaborative
environment centered on providing the best possible patient care. The huge variety of cases I’ve seen
at Baylor has been challenging, and, at the same
time, extremely rewarding.
Describe your family.
I met my beautiful wife, Mandi, on the first day
of medical school at Saint Louis University after
being randomly assigned to the same orientation
group. If I had to pick one person that has most positively shaped my life, it would be her. She’s chief resident of the radiology residency program at UT
Southwestern Medical Center.
