Fall Sunday school Program
The Sunday school has moved into its second year of the One
Room Schoolhouse format, which is working well for the
children, who range in age from 4 to 16. The lesson is the same
for all children, but the activities are differentiated by age and skill level.
The curriculum focuses on Old Testament in the fall and New
Testament in the spring, with other groups of lessons relating to
special liturgical events such as All Saints Day and Easter. Since many
of the children participated last year, different stories from the Bible
will be used this year. The emphasis will remain on tying the Biblical
lessons to everyday life experiences. The children are encouraged to
invite friends to come with them.
