Bielefeld seen from Sparrenburg.
We went to a fortress called
Sparrenburg. It was a long way
there, but it’s not a waste.
The next morning, we
checked our schedules and
had breakfast. Then we were
introduced to our teachers,
what we will be doing for the
next 3 weeks and finally, the
scariest part, placement test.
I didn’t study much for the
placement test, it took some
extra effort for me to do the
paper.
Then after the results came
out we started the class. I
only have one Indonesian
classmate with me. We’ve
been helping each other out
and sometimes the Turkish
are being nice too.
Me and my friends always
went to the city, maybe eating
out, shopping or just walk
around. I found some things
in the supermarket I won’t
found in Indonesia. We must
pay €1 to use a cart, and we’ll
get our €1 back once we’re
done using it. Also we’ll get
some euros from recycling
used bottles or cans.
Every saturday we’ll have an
excursion. The first week we
went to Munster. It’s a bigger
city compared to Bielefeld
but their architecture is older
