Annual Academic Camps Our second annual Education is Power academic camps were a great success. These multi-day experiences are timed before major exams and designed to strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and foster connection beyond the traditional classroom.
Students receive targeted support in key subject areas while also participating in workshops focused on career exploration, leadership, goal-setting, teamwork, and public speaking. Just as importantly, they build relationships with other Power students who understand the challenges and hopes of staying in school.
In the 2024 – 2025 school year, The Sonder Project celebrated our largest graduating class to date, with 19 sponsored students completing secondary school.
