Appendix J: Instructions for Use
This appendix contains the steps that both Mary and Elsa need to take while using the Shirt
Horn.
This entire process is visually represented in the video below (Figure 38):

Initial Setup
(this is done by Mary, since Elsa would not be able to)
1) Check if the back claw is down (facing the front claw). If it is up, move it down.
2) Crunch up the shirt and hang it on the claws, in the way shown in Figure 36.
3) Make sure the string is between both the handlebars, as shown in Figure 36.
Use by Elsa
(addressed to Elsa, but Mary will have to verbally tell her the instructions)
4) Move your wheelchair to the point where you are very close to the crunched up shirt.
5) Raise your arms to the point where they are resting on the shirt.
6) Proceed to lead forward, putting your arms through the arm holes in the shirt
