When I was a senior in college, I knew that the daunting task of adulthood would creep up way before I was ready. I made the decision to move to a completely new city by myself, and thought that I would have some kind of aha! moment that would give me affirmation that I was surviving outside of academia. But as I enter my mid-20s and college gets further and further away, I’ m realizing the open secret of postgrad life:“ adulting”( as we millennials have fondly coined it), is just the summation of small victories.
