This event marks the first social event of the year for our chapter! It’s a memorable night filled with tiki-themed attire and brotherly love. This year, Tiki Tiki took place at Nick’s—a venue known for it’s “new retro” style and relaxed atmosphere. The Hawaiian theme for the night, as evidenced by the name, has turned this event into a tradition, not only for our chapter but also for other pharmacy students that attend to reconnect after summer break. Pool tables and shuffle boards located in the middle section of Nick’s made for an easy way for brothers to connect with the new students that attended. Beyond the games, was a relaxed seating area in the back where brothers could catch up with each other’s lives. The event was loaded with pharmacy students that wanted to enjoy a social evening with their friends while getting to witness what makes the Phi Delta Chi brotherhood so special. Many pictures were taken and many profound conversations were had. Tiki Tiki has always left a great impression of how fun loving our fraternities members are. As the first strictly social event of the year, Tiki Tiki excited new pharmacy students about the potential fun and comradery one experiences when becoming a brother of Phi Delta Chi, while also allowing them to get to know brothers that they haven’t met before.
