Worthy Keeper of Finance
Jaime Holden
This has been quite an exciting year serving as Worthy Keeper of Finance for Alpha Sigma. I consider myself lucky to have been a part of a long lineage of WKFs to inherit and maintain a healthy, substantial chapter budget. Every active brother paid their dues on time, and each member participated in our Fall fundraising events including working concessions at Soldier Field events, and holiday candy grams distributed to students and faculty before finals and the holidays. Our Soldier Field events alone allowed us to raise over $12,000 for Alpha Sigma. We were also able to successfully fundraise in the Spring for our annual Memorial Marco Villa Scholarship awarded a P3 student who excels in all areas of leadership and professionalism. We raffle off different items that are donated, and this year we raised over $1,800. It was a huge success. We finished off this year financially strong and I am honored to pass the reins on to Brother Amy Valkovec, as I am confident she will continue with the legacy of growth and accountability for the chapter.
Worthy Prelate

Worthy Prelate this year was a whirlwind and captured my attention in ways I did not forsee. I took the reins this past year and kept track of all credit progress personally and regularly updated numerous spreadsheets so brothers could constantly see their progress over the semesters. I was able to forge new relationships with the new LifeSource account manager Zeke, and keep relations with Jan from Illinois Medical District Guest House. We started a new book drive held both semesters to benefit Bernie’s Book Bank, which involved nearly ⅔ of the the chapter. I am thrilled to report there were no brothers on probation due to incomplete credits this past year, my number one goal when I entered the role of WP. Now that elections are over, I am pleased to say I am confident the position of Worthy Prelate is in good hands. I have full beliefs that the position will continue to be improved upon and executed with best efforts.
