Give us a little insight into your struggles . What do you have to deal with in order to keep making the kind of music you want ? |
Most of the time , music is forced to be a secondary priority because we have to seek a primary job . Ironically , we need the job in order to be successful at just making the kind of music we want . |

The common struggles that I , along with my fellow musicians , have faced have always been the underexposed factor . Then there ’ s the lack of management and resources , or of a proper system that helps artists connect with labels , tours , funds and get the necessary support .
In order to make the kind of music I want , there are issues beyond ‘ just making music ’. As independent artists , monetary struggles are typical . Along with actually singing / playing / composing , we have to be skilled at graphic designing , sound designing and production .
Then , we have to become experts at marketing , managing social media , managing a video production team and everything

Outside of music , are there any other forms of art that you practice or follow ?
I work as a cinematographer / video editor and photographer . I also enjoy working as a social media marketing manager for resorts , restaurants , cafés etc .
