The headquarters of the governing office for the transformation of the school was in Madison County and from there the idea of changing the name arose: from Montessori School to Madison College. In 1999, the schools of Chihuahua and Torreón were opened.
That same year, faced with the educational demands of a globalized world, the Madison Monterrey School, the Madison Chihuahua School and the Instituto Anglo Britanico carried out the procedures for their registration as applicant schools before the IB (International Baccalaureate Organization).
After four years of seeking to meet each of the requirements to become international schools, the Instituto Anglo Britanico and Madison Colleges of Monterrey and Chihuahua were authorized by the IB to offer the Primary Years Program (PYP).
In 2007, the Madison Monterrey School and the Instituto Anglo Britanico were authorized to offer the Intermediate Years Program (MYP) for grades 6 through 9.
That same year a unit opens south of Monterrey, in La Herradura. This school and that of Torreón are currently candidate schools before the IB. This means that each one is in the process of completing the requirements established by said Organization in order to, in the near future, receive the authorization visit. In 2011, the IBO accredited La Herradura campus to teach the elementary school program (PEP). Currently the Madison Monterrey Campus La Herradura is in applicant status for the Middle Years Program certification (PAI).
In 2015 the, the Instituto Anglo Britanico, opened its doors, one of their main goal was to create a community of learners who were inquirers, knowledgeable, thinkers, communicators, principled, open-minded, caring, risk takers, balanced and reflective.
