Remembrance Day
Whether you give your minute of silence in prayer for the fallen, or you attend a ceremony or parade, or even just think of everyone involved in wars, everyone should remember the bravery and sacrifice of veterans on Remembrance Day. You don’t need to agree with war or violence, but everyone should strive for peace. Remembrance Day was not created to celebrate death and the violence that connects to it, but the end of a long war and the fact that it was over. Let’s not forget what those selfless men and women fought for; their country, their friends, their family, strangers, and most of all, our future.
