Beautiful!

If you struggle with self esteem, like I did, sit there and wonder what makes you worthy? I've alway put others before myself for absolutely anything, and now I stop and wonder, "What makes them more worthy than me?" When there's no answer I feel my worth.

Another huge factor about my low self esteem is my weight. I've only felt like I "deserved" to wear nice clothes when I was in college because I was smaller. I'm here to tell you size has NOTHING to do with what you "deserve" to wear or not. Big or skinny we are all beautiful. You may have a hard time to see it yourself, but remember I see your beauty and I know others do as well. Beauty doesn't only come from the outside, it comes from the inside and that's what matters most.

Now seeing and feeling my self confidence slowly returning I've also notice people's reactions around me changing as well. beautiful in every single way.

They notice me more and talk to me. It makes me feel great and worthy of their time or acknowledgement. I can proudly say I walk with my head high looking to see what the world has to bring to me as a challenge, where before I would walk with my head low looking on the ground.

I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason. All the names I've been called and the beatings I would suffer at school has made a huge toll on my self confidence for the longest time, yes, but now being older, it's just made me stronger. When someone calls you a name, hits you or be the reason for your low esteem, ask yourself "what makes them more worthy than me?"

You are beautiful and worthy of everything anyone else on earth is. Remember that! Put a note on your mirror and read it to yourself everyday if you have to, it will help. You are beautiful in every single way.

Smart!

Amazing!
