Realize – Employers Health provides nearly 50 educational and networking programs each year to help members connect with the organization and each other on significant issues. 2. Maximize – The organization offers group purchasing for pharmacy benefit management, employee assistance program, vision and medical insurance coverage. 3. Advance – “Businesses need solid data and information to make good benefits decisions,” said Goff. “So we also offer data analytics and strategic consulting. This helps members determine the best path to take when it comes to employee benefits plan and coverage.” 4.
