Another Successful ISO Audit

ARDX has maintained our ISO certification to the 9001 standard since 2009 , but we can never take that success for granted . Considering the ongoing evolution of our growth and structure , ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System ( QMS ) is a constant .
On May 10 – 11 , 2022 , an auditor from Intertek facilitated our annual audit and the ARDX Team demonstrated that quality is our brand and a key differentiator for our performance excellence . ARDX achieved the highest maturity ratings across all six evaluation categories : Management , Internal Audits , Corrective Action , Continuous Improvement , Operational Control , and Resources . There were no findings and our auditor expressed difficulty with even offering recommendations for improvement , because we had beat her to it . The Process Improvement Team extends appreciation to all Associates for your audit readiness , and to QMS Process Owners , Internal Auditors , and Managers for your leadership .
