ARDX Experiences Major Wins in Talent and Culture

Nedra Commodore
OVID-19 has negatively impacted the labor

C market over the past two years , which saw

many businesses closed , staff layoffs , and voluntary resignations due to lack of childcare and stress associated with covering areas that employers could not fill due to restrictions tapping into skilled resources . Yet , during this tumultuous time , ARDX has persevered and continues to thrive .
ARDX grew despite the challenges , there were no staff cuts , and we continue to meet and exceed the Talent and Culture objective of maintaining an annual HR retention rate of 5 %. They were above the current industry standard , despite the Department of Labor reporting that the rate has fallen over 7 %.
We all have the potential to impact one another ’ s ARDX experience by retaining qualified team members , which is everyone ’ s responsibility . To People Leaders and nonmanagement Associates , thank you for what you do every day to make ARDX a great place to work !
Our new Human Resources Information System ( HRIS ) has a great feature called Impressions which allows all Associates to take a minute or two to recognize each other on a job well done or just to say , “ thank you .” In addition to our formal Rewards & Recognition program , consider using Impressions for quick feedback and acknowledgement .
