REFLECTIONS OF A CSO

Thinking Bigger and Larger , Rewriting the Plan

Rob Wedertz

Have you ever walked into a room and dscovered that everyone was laughing hysterically ? What happens next is both interesting and miraculous . You invariably start laughing . No context required . Culture , like laughter , is contagious .

So describes my reflections on the first four months of my tenure as the Chief Strategy Officer at ARDX . I joined a high performing organization that is not only saturated with talent and expertise , but also at “ cruising altitude ” with a tail wind behind it , and with a destination locked into the system . But , like other organizations steeped in excellence and with an appetite for growth , we are not satisfied with where we are or where we are headed . Instead , we ’ re challenging ourselves to think bigger , dream larger , and rewrite our plan . Keep your eyes on ARDX , you will enjoy the show and be glad you did .

“ Growth is never by mere chance ; it is the result of forces working together .”
