PAM Supervisor Diana McPike approached AE Brian Kelley about working with DuTeau as a Kernel Vision client . They put together a proposal for the campaign that included doughnut ads and spots for certified pre-owned vehicles . Diana ’ s concept worked with their existing “ Driven by You ” campaign but shifted focus from the dealership to the customer —“ What are YOU driven by ?”. There were many moving parts to the production , and Diana worked hard to coordinate traffic , talent , pets , and multiple schedules to keep everything on track ! The result is ten outstanding deliverables , including four doughnut spots that will support the client through 2023 with two more projects scheduled for the future .

Who ’ s a good boy ? The sweet puppy in the Safe Electric commercial , that ’ s who ! When the owner of Safe Electric approached AE Emily Mayes about his new commercial , he had one request . He wanted a dog to be the major focus of the spot . While PAM Trish Kobbeman crunched the numbers for a trained dog and a professional handler , the client offered a budget-friendly idea … could he supply the location and a sweet amateur pup to act in the commercial ? The answer was yes ! Producer Derek Barkley ( no pun intended ) and Sr . Editor Jason Hency developed ways to work with the untrained dog on camera by capturing his attention with treats and a lot of peanut butter . And “ Labracadabra !”, we have a fetching spot that ’ s a howling success . Pats on the head all around !
