Baked chiken recipe
with plums:
INGREDIENTS
1 chopped chicken
16 prunes without bone
4 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
1 onion
3/4 cup of white wine
1 bay leaf
2 branches of rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
RECIPE
1. To begin, salt the chicken.
2. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into slices. Peel and
cut the onion and garlic. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
3. Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and poach the onions.
Later add carrots and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
