Medical Use:

Ingredients
2 medium red beets
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 cube of sugar
1 teaspoon of water
Recipe;
Wash red beets with plenty of water.
Leave the washed beets in a medium saucepan to boil.
If the beets are boiled, wait for them to cool and peel their shells. Put
the olive oil in a separate pot and cook the small chopped onions
beforehand.
Continue to roast the onion until it is pink.
Add the beetroot with the onions in pink and continue to fry.
After the curd, add vinegar, lemon juice and salt and mix.
Finally, melt 1 cup of sugar cubes into 1 cup of water.
Add the water to the beets. Close the lid of the cook and cook the food
on a low heat. .
Red beet ready to eat.
