The Innovation
Two perspectives should be defined when we utilize the Oslo Model to identify our innovation. The first being the market view. This perspective looks at which type of innovation the service we provide is. The second being the customer's view. This perspective shows what type of innovation our service can provide to our customers apart from the market view's innovation type.
1. Market view
Looking from the market's view the Bitcoin Bank innovation is a Product Innovation. It provides a new service based on it's functionality. It is a new way of storing and paying with Bitcoins than the current situation.
2. Customer's view
Our customers gain not only a new service but they also gain a Process and Marketing Innovation. They can extend their e-banking business with cryptocurrency payments and savings. This in turn will introduce a new marketing method.
