EXHALE, twist
torso left, bringing
right arm over
to outside of left
thigh and left hand
behind body. Press
the arm against
outer left leg
using resistance
to deepen twist to
the left.
6.
Return to center,
STAFF POSE,
continue to flow
back and forth until
your movements
and breath become
balanced. Linger on
every exhale into
the twist.
7.
Continue for up to
3 minutes, sustain
twist on right side
for several breaths
and on left side for
several breaths and
return to center.
