Breakfast Hash and Fall Pie
Breakfast Hash Ingredients: 1 lb diced potatoes 1 / 4 cup diced roasted red peppers 1 / 2 lb cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage( I use turkey sausage, don’ t judge; watching cholesterol) 1 t diced jalapenos( optional) Shredded cheese( amount is up to you) Method: Cook potatoes until almost golden brown, then let rest of ingredients join the party until well heated. Add cheese. Eat as is or add in some scrambled eggs. Serves 2 hungry people or 4 kids.
Fall cake / pie Ingredients: 1 box 13x9 size spice cake mix 1 lg can of apple pie filling 1 lg box instant vanilla pudding Method: Prepare cake and pudding as directed. Put pudding in fridge while cake bakes. When cake is still a bit warm, pour pie filling over it and no touchee until it is completely cool. Then put pudding on top and dig in!
