Milk Patishapta( A Bengali Dish) [ Disclaimer: try at your own risk.]

Ingredients: Milk-1litre Molasses-200 gram Crumbled rice- 200gram Semolina-50gram Flour-50gram Chopped coconut-1piece Ghee-little amount

Process: Mix the chopped coconut and half of the molasses and stir well in a cauldron. When the mixture becomes sticky, set the cauldron down. Make a thick paste of semolina, crumbled rice, flour and ghee. Heat a non-stick pan. Spread a little oil or ghee on the pan. Then spread a thin layer of the mixture in the pan. When it becomes crispy, put some coconut mixture in it and fold it. Repeat the process and make as many Patishapta as you want. Boil the milk and add sugar into it. Then put the Patishapta into the milk. You may add some Crumbled cardamom if you wish.
