4. Talk When you ' re down, chat to people who aren ' t. Share your problems with good friends or family member if it won ' t let you have peace. Even if they can ' t help the problem being solved, you ' ll relax a bit that way.

5. Take time off for your favourite activities. Listen to music, watch movies, hear to podcasts if you haven ' t had time to do anything of that sort for a while. Hanging out with friends for an evening, going out with family are another options that are likely to work well for your tired self.

6. Get closer to nature. If you aren ' t a morning person, go out for a morning walk. Enjoy the rain, take time off to appreciate the greenery, the animal kingdom, the peace amidst the turmoil, and you won ' t be doing any harm to your inner self.

7. Do things you ' ve always wanted to do. All of us have a long list of things we ' ve wanted to do, but couldn ' t do it for various reasons. Maybe something as little as having lots of junk food, or hugging a tree( anyone?), or exercising, or starting a YouTube channel. It doesn ' t matter what it is, if it ' s something you have always wanted to do. Do it now, and that ' s a good way to get yourself rejuvenated this fall.
