1. Sleep more When you can ' t go further, stop, lie on your back, close your eyes and sleep. From personal experience, we are sometimes too hard on ourselves- even when we know, we need rest. Having proper sleep can be a thing of great assistance, and is sure to increase our overall productivity. There isn ' t any need to curse yourselves for the extra hour you shouldn ' t have slept- just make use of the time you ' re awake properly.

2. Take a break! Take a break, when you feel like you ' re just going through your schedule. There ' s a life to celebrate, and going through the motions will take away many precious moments without you noticing. A break doesn ' t necessarily need be a long vacation, but as I have seen people do- staying away from your electronic devices, staying on bed late, skipping " avoidable " professional commitments can be exactly what you need to recharge yourself.

3. Smile It ' s not always possible in this day and age to take a break, but the least when can do is enjoy little moments. Find happiness in small wonders, and never shy away from a good laugh.
