worries. Anxiety becomes an issue when
it is moderate to extreme. Panic attack is
an extreme manifestation of fear.
Panic attack is a fear of fear itself.
This is why it is so disruptive and vicious.
It is self sustaining and self amplifying. As
frightening as a panic attack may seem
you will learn how to stop it and in later
chapters we will address underlying issues
that cause your anxiety in the first place.
How do you stop a panic attack?
Breathing exercises
relaxation exercises.

These exercises address physical
symptoms of a panic attack so use these
techniques in accordance to symptoms
you experience during the attack.
If you feel shortness of breath, feeling
of choking, palpitations and/or shortness
of breath - it is best to use breathing
exercises.
