An ideal night out for you is ? A quiet riverbank , no phone signal , an open fire , and some mates .
What one luxury item would you take with you on a desert island ? A solar-powered desalination plant .
What would I find in your fridge right now ? Cheese , lots of it , and a glut of other leftovers from Christmas !
What would you prepare for us if we came to your house for dinner ? Something slow-cooked on an open fire .

2025 marks the launch of Silverbirch composite canoes , and for me , it can ’ t come soon enough ! During this testing session in the Scottish Highlands , I truly realised how much a lightweight canoe can change everything . Post-illness , in many situations , it ’ s the difference between being able to paddle and not – a game changer in every sense
