Previous Work Experience : I did bookkeeping for a trucking company and another company that owned multiple businesses , such as a linen store , fast food restaurants , liquor stores , and retail craft stores .

What work do you do ? A little bit of everything , from answering the phone , ordering supplies , bookkeeping , payroll , working with auditors , coordinating the Annual Training Conference , coordinating the IACP room block , tracking memberships - any and all types of membership needs .
What is the greatest value of NJSACOP Membership ? Being able to reach out to the State Office with a question and either having an answer for them and / or the ability to find out and get back to them . I also enjoy the comradery , fellowship , learning , and friendship .
Hobbies / pets ? I love cooking , baking and going to the gym . I don ’ t have pets .
Favorite TV cop show : I like all of them — S . W . A . T ., the NCIS ’ s , the CSI ’ s , the FBI ’ s , NYPD Blue and , of course , Monk .
William Nally
Title : NJSACOP Deputy Executive Director Hometown : Lacey Township
Previous work experience : I was the police chief in Lacey Township Police Department and currently provide NFL security , since 2022 .
Years with NJSACOP : 10 years . I was also president from 2011-12 .
What work do you do ? I assist the Executive Director with carrying out the mission of the Association . I ’ m also directly responsible for the coordination of the Association ’ s Examination Program .
What is the most important / satisfying part of your job ? I enjoy maintaining and building relationships within the state ’ s law enforcement community and assisting departments with the selection and development of future police leaders .
What is the greatest value of NJSACOP membership ? It would be the many years of institutional knowledge of past and present members . I also enjoy the opportunity to interact with fellow chiefs who are all experiencing the same challenges confronting law enforcement in New Jersey .
