West TN/Northwest District Missionaries Willing to Help Educate
On Saturday, May 4, 2013, the Northwest
Tennessee District held its 9th Annual Irma
Ivy Legacy Luncheon at Trinity CME
Church in Memphis, TN. The Legacy
Luncheon is a scholarship initiative
instituted by Immediate Past NW District
Missionary President, Willie Mae Willett.
The luncheon is named for the pioneering,
hard working, missionary and octogenarian,
Irma Lee Johnson Ivy, a faithful member of
Collins Chapel in Memphis. Each year a
special group of church workers are chosen
to be District honorees. This year the
