Meet them now on Page 7…then
meet them in person in Montreal
Greetings to CAPD-ACDP members, friends and
sponsors. We are thrilled to announce that our
newsletter, The Mirror, is once again active!
We trust that it will help to engage our members in
CAPD-ACDP activities by providing information
about current and upcoming events, as well as
allowing a forum for discussions, ideas and even a
few new member-suggested columns and guest
columns. Please let us know what you think!
Theme of Uncharted Territories
features Amazing array of Speakers
The Montreal Organizing Committee, chaired by
Dr. Duy-Dat Vu, chose the theme "Uncharted
Territories of Pediatric Dentistry”, not only to take
advantage of the array of talent in Montreal but also
to, in Dr. Vu's words, "open up new horizons and
enhance awareness of those not-so-obvious topics
that pediatric dentists confront on a daily basis".

We have three suggestions for you! Please go to

Meeting Airline, Air Canada, as well as Westjet
and VIA Rail.
Have you registered for the
CAPD-ACDP Annual Meeting to
be held at Montreal's Chateau
Champlain Hotel on September
12 and 13 2014?
It's the top educational, social
and networking event for
Pediatric Dentists in Canada.
Educational sessions begin on
Friday, September 12th. In the
evening we'll relax on the St.
Lawrence River and enjoy a 5
course Gourmet Dinner, while
taking in the lights of Montreal.
On Saturday the educational
sessions continue. At lunch
we'll hold our Annual General
Meeting--a chance to review
2013 activities, provide a
glimpse of future events and the
opportunity for members to
voice their thoughts.
In the evening at the President's
Dinner, we'll hear from our
Sponsors, present awards to our
Student presenters, and enjoy a
sumptuous dinner together.
If you have not already
registered for this always
sold-out event, please visit
