Even if they belonged to the same generation of artists during their
artistic period, Algorists researched and invented different methods
of work, although all methods involved the use of the computer.
Initially they used the Unix operating system to create the
algorithms that bring to life their art. But with the growing of the
new generation of technologies they started to use different kinds
of operative systems which also gave them the ability to experiment
with new ways to adapt their art to robotic devices.
