Pat James is the dean of Library, Technology and Distance Education at Mt. San Jacinto College. Pat has guided her college's DE program since its inception in 2000. MSJC has just completed a comprehensive accreditation process and received a 6-year stamp of approval from the ACCJC, with its DE professional development academy garnering a commendation. In addition, she spent the last four years as the codirector of the @ONE professional development project for the California Community Colleges, working toward the development of the certification project.

Glen Jenewein is currently a full-time professor at Kaplan University, where he has been working for the past 10 years. He has also worked at Clark College, located in Vancouver, Washington, as the director of eLearning. Glen also served as full-time professor at Portland Community College, in Portland, Oregon, where he taught in the Computer Information Systems Program and served as chair of the department.

Sandy Jones is an IT veteran, designing and delivering customer support and technical training. She has performed work and conducted training in the fields of computer forensics, financial management, networking, information security, help desk technical support, digital imaging, and specialized applications. She was also the SB-70 grant director, actively involved in the development of three A/S degree pathways, certificate programs, and the new curriculum.

Bruno Kappes, Ph.D., is professor of psychology and health science at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. Teaching and research interests include extensive clinical and forensic expert experience with traumatic stress, chronic pain, insomnia, personal injury, custody, and criminal assessments. Dr. Kappes has received six Excellence and Innovations in Teaching Awards and has extensive experience with eLearning and distance delivery of psychology courses
