supremacists.
If you feel this is unimportant and
irrelevant, then that is your opinion
and you are entitled to it. But the
magazine is not written to please the
fallible opinions of people and to
massage the Ego Monsters of certain
individuals. It is written to share the
truth which alongside the Wilayah
and Rank of Ahmad al Hassan (a.s) is
also to expose the injustices
committed by the enemy.
In this month’s issue of “The Mahdi
Times” we are continuing with
looking at African history. When the
Malcolm X issue came out, I got
feedback from people who felt really
moved by the contents of the
magazine, especially some of our
black brothers and sisters. There is
so much to cover when we talk about
black history and so much we can
learn from. I also got some feedback
questioning why I decided to take the
magazine into this direction and why
even talk about these issues.
Here is how I see it; Imam Ahmad al
Hassan (a.s) has spoken about
America being Dajjal – not the
people, but the policy and actions of
the American government. For
centuries America has brutalised and
been the big bully of the world. So
when I talk about the injustices
committed by the white
supremacists, I do it with the
intention of exposing the tyrants and
oppressors to the world for what
they truly are. I feel no group has
been more brutalised than the black
people. And that has been continuous

How will you defeat an enemy if you
do not know his history?
Know your enemy, learn its pattern,
its tactics and go into the battlefield
with your eyes open. Instead of going
with your eyes closed and empty
handed.
