Ya Ali!
Salam,
I pray you are all well and in a place
most pleasing to Allah (swt),
InshaAllah, Mola Ali Waaris. May
Allah (swt) bless you much during
the month of Ramzan and raise your
ranks, InshaAllah, Mola Ali Waaris.
This is a month where we must fight
against our Ego Monster,
contemplate and pray, with the
intention of getting closer to our
Creator. I often wonder how Allah
(swt) has purposefully given us so
many ways to get closer to him;
however, our Ego Monster and
Shaitan (l.a) try to trip us up
constantly. Take just this month
alone for example, there are many
merits for Ibadah and even sleeping
while fasting! SubhanaAllah! We have
no excuse to slack at all! May Allah
(swt) make us firm, InshaAllah, Mola
Ali Waaris.

Allah (swt) has blessed us more than
we deserve. At the same time, we
must look towards those who are
being tested around the world. This
month has seen a ferocious attack on
Palestine, killing and wounding many
innocent civilians. What is the month
of Ramzan like for them? Only they
truly know the extent of the
oppression and injustice they suffer.
While Iftari is being served, please
remember those Palestinians and all
those people around the world who
do not even have access to water.
