Meditation : Transcendental vs Involution

In transcendental meditation, we are asked to create a state where we meet
with love, or connect to 'The' Source.

In this context, The Source implies connecting with something outside of
your Self – something you send or give Energy to.

Connecting with Your Source is about retaining your energy and a direct
connection through the involution of Self.

Becoming one with that which breathes you and
merging with the Source within.

When you are asked to ‘meet’ something – it is outside of you.

When you are asked to find that something within, the pathway of feeling
sentience inside of you, powered by you, merged with you – this is more in
alignment with Sovereignty and Liberation.
