Working With Energy – For Beginners

Working with energy is not
really that complicated.
Why? Because you do it
already. If we understand
that everything is made up
of energy, every single
thing, every action and
even every thought is made
up of energy, sending or
receiving it – then it makes
it a very simple concept to
grasp. Think about it,
everyday people are doing
things on auto-pilot or in a
routine etc, they may not
even be thinking about it,

but they are giving out and
receiving energy
constantly.
Have you ever thought of
something and it happens?
Or thought of someone and
they call? This is because
on an energy level, you
sensed that event or
interaction was about to
happen or maybe your
spirit guide was making
you aware of something
and then it came into being
in the physical realm.
