PGN: why is this important?

JAKE: i feel that live below the line is important because it makes us realize how lucky and privileged we are to be able to afford whatever what we want to eat. it also makes us realize that there is more to this life. we don't have to travel half way around the world to experience the lives of others, we can do it in our own home and kitchen by just eating and drinking on $1.50 a day.
