We can call this phenomenon "universal substrate" that connects all the information together and that exists in a space where time is a limit tending to zero. We are talking about a phenomenon that goes beyond the philosophical and physical categories of space time: in this "universal substrate" every single information is available in real time, whatever the time factor that characterizes it in the real world.
