19lbs to go...
Well, I lost 1.5 lbs. this week. Next week I see the dietician to set a new goal, but for work, the wellness program I am in to get a rebate on my health insurance I need to lose 19 more pounds by September. At the pace I am going, I know I can do it. I did have a bit of a challenge this week in my diet and body transformation. I hurt my ankle. I fell on some gravel and skinned it pretty bad; I was wearing dress shoes when this happened. The weather here in Cleveland, like most the US has been
very weird. We are having March like weather in April. Here it is almost May, and we have an ice warning. That how I slipped, the gravel had a thin coating of ice on it.
When I tried to work out, my tennis show was rubbing the area, being in healthcare, I did not want cellulitis. I know that would make things much worse. So I made the decided, I am just backing off exercise for few days till my ankle heals. Well the few days turned into the whole week, because, in all seriousness, it was just a bad area to get hurt. Walking all day
