Smart fire door technology

Agrippa says the range is the
first of its kind on the market
to use proven digital wire-free
technology to ‘listen and learn’
the sound of a specific fire
alarm - so false activations are
virtually eliminated.
The acoustic magnetic fire
door holder can be mounted
behind the door at either
floor level or at the top of
the door. It will not cause
damage to flooring and can
be reapplied or moved with
minimal fuss. It requires only
two C cell batteries which last
for 12 months, has battery life
indication and low battery
warning. It is approved to
EN1155 and CE Marked.
The Agrippa fire door
closer is an overhead battery
powered acoustic ‘swingfree’ door closer. Closing
speed is adjustable and can
be programmed for daily
release. The closer is approved
to EN1155, EN1154 and CE
Marked.
Agrippa also offers an
acoustic pillow fire alarm
to protect deaf sleepers.
It comprises a battery
powered, wire-free unit
with a pad attachment that
goes under a pillow. If the
fire alarm sounds the pad
vibrates, high intensity LED
lights flash and a LCD screen
displays ‘fire’.
The alarm is compact and
portable and uses digital
wire-free technology with
