Collection Hours:
You can collect your order from our warehouse between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Please make sure to come within these hours.
Placing an Order:
To place a Click and Collect order, just contact our sales team Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm at 01442 291400.
When placing your order, please double-check that
you’ ve included all necessary information like product codes, quantities, and contact details.
We also accept Click and Collect orders for Keys to Code, Keys to Copy, and Keyed Alike Cylinders.
Order Confirmation: Once we’ ve received your order, you’ ll get a confirmation email. Take a moment to review it and get in touch with us right away if something doesn’ t look right.
Collecting Your Order:
1. You’ ll receive a second email confirming your order is ready, usually within 24 hours,
depending on stock. 2. Head to our Click and Collect point at the warehouse during collection hours.
3. Bring your confirmation email and a valid ID.
4. Our team will verify your details and hand over your order.
A Few Important Notes:
• Only the person named on the order( or someone you’ ve told us about in advance) can collect it.
• Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the ready-for-collection email may be restocked, so give us a call if there’ s a delay.
Returns & Exchanges:
Please check your order before leaving. If there’ s an issue, let our staff know straight away.
