ALL ABOUT THE DOOR

Use handle spindle to align the Adaptalock gearbox to the original system gearbox .

Clamp studs of toothed rails to the gearbox drive arm holes .

Slacken hook casing faceplate screws a few millimetres and drop hook casing from the toothed rails .
Slide hook casing along rails to match the existing hook bolt position . Re-engage hook casing to toothed rails ensuring it is in the fully unlocked position and tighten faceplate screws .

Repeat 2-4 for the other hook bolt rail & casing .
Place snappable faceplate between gearbox faceplate and hook bolt faceplate . Make sure the arrow on the snappable faceplate meets the arrow on the gearbox faceplate . Using either the Adaptalock snapping tools or pliers , snap to size .

Repeat for other side of gearbox .
Install gearbox / handles / cylinder and
6 adjust centre keep position if necessary .
Install hook bolt rails & faceplates , adjust existing keeps if necessary . Use the remaining snappable faceplate to fit top and bottom of the door .
